Q: How does it work?

A: We find hotel rates that are cheaper than the hotels very own published rates. (Even discounted web rates) We then charge a fee of 50% of any saving we make you against the hotels own advertised published rate. So if we save you £100 a night, our fee is £50 and you still make a saving of £50 a night.

Q: How do you find cheaper rates than the hotels own website..surely these are the cheapest?

A: Most hotel groups offer hidden promotional/discounted rates which are not published on their website. We therefore use our extensive knowledge of these hidden rates to find the cheapest possible rate for your stay.

Q: Will the hotel be booked in my name?

A: Yes, absolutely! All rooms are booked in your name with your contact details!

Q: Will I receive a booking confirmation from the hotel?

A: Of course!...as soon as the booking is made you will receive an email from the hotel with your confirmation details detailing the dates booked and clearly showing the rate per night. You will then be able to see from this email confirmation that the rate matches the rate we quoted you.

Q: Who do I pay?

A: We take your Debit/Credit card details and on your behalf, pay the hotel directly the discounted rate on-line. We then send you an invoice by email for our fee element which is 50% of any saving you make. This invoice can be paid to us by using all major Credit Cards.

Q: Are you licensed by IATA or ABTA? What if your company goes bust....do I lose the hotel room?

A: Absolutely not!....we book your room directly with the hotel and therefore you are covered by the hotels own IATA code. Although we are a registered Travel Agency, at no point do we ever take your money for the hotel room itself. This is why you are completely covered for every stay and there is no reason for us to be IATA licensed...we are just a middle man between you and the hotel.

Q: Ok, what if I want to cancel the room...can i do this?

A: It depends on the rate booked. Most of the discounted promotional rates we find require full payment in advance and are non cancellable and non-refundable. This is often the case with most discounted rates across the board. The earlier you pay...the cheaper the rate is!

Q: Ok, so where can I book...what country's do you offer? Is it just in the UK?

A: No, it is not just in the UK! We can find you discounted rates at over 8,000 hotels throughout the world.

Q: What hotel chains can you provide this service for?

A: Most well known major hotel chains offer promotional/discounted rates.
